Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 30 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  1. Wash the seeds (release any squash bits that might still be left).

  2. Set aside and let dry for a few hours.

  3. Preheat the oven (180°C).

  4. Add the seasonings and olive oil. Blend gently.

  5. Bake for 20 to 25 Minutes.

  6. Serve warm or cold.
