Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 30 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Instructions

  • Wash the seeds (release any squash bits that might still be left).
  • Set aside and let dry for a few hours.
  • Preheat the oven (180°C).
  • Add the seasonings and olive oil. Blend gently.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 Minutes.
  • Serve warm or cold.
