Small ugly Blackberry cakes

  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 270 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons thyme honey
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt


Preheat the oven (180°C).
Beat the eggs with oil and honey. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Blend quickly, leaving some crumbs. Add the blackberries, blend roughly, then pour in some muffin tins.
Bake for 25 minutes.
