
Autumn Quince & Apple Crumble🍎🐱
Wednesday September 25th, 2019Voici une recette très rapide à faire, et qui change un peu de la pâte de coing pour profiter de ce fruit de saison.

Autumn Quince & Apple Crumble
A quick and easy recipe, perfect fo autumn.
Ingredients
- 400 g Apple
- 400 g Quince
- 100 g Honey
- 100 g Ground Hazelnuts
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven (200)C).
- Peel the fruit and cut them into dices (around 2 cm).
- Blend the fruit and honey. Place in a baking tray. Add 100 ml of water.
- Mix the ground almonds, flour, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt to make the crumble.
- Place the crumble on top of your fruit and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Fabulous crumble, and there was me thinking the concept was English!
