My 3 steps tart crustMonday June 5th, 2017
This is a totally reliable old Tupperware recipe. !you czn use it for both sweet and savoury tarts, it never fails: It is very quick to make (less than 5 minutes, 3 ingredients), easy to roll (not elastic), no need to make it in advance and pre bake it, and it does not shrink once baked!
For a tart for 6 to 8
- 250 g flour
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- *If you make a swett tart: 2 tablespoons caster sugar
Put flour in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and blend quickly. Roll thinly between two baking sheets, make some holes with a fork (to keep the dough from rising while baking) and place in your tart mould. Add your filling / topping and bake!
