Caramelized Apples & Camembert Tart Tatin

Tart crust

For this savoury tart tatin I used my quick and no fold puff pastry.

Apple and cheese filling

  • 80 g butter
  • 1 Camembert
  • 4 apples
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven (th 7 – 210°C). Skin the apples and cut them on four pieces. Cook them in a pan with butter. Let them golden on all sides for about 15 minutes. Grease a tart/pie mould. Place the apple pieces in the mould. Add some salt and pepper. Add the cheese on top, cut into thin slices. Roll the dough and place on top. Prick with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes.
