Cinnamon-Apple crisps

An easy & healthy recipe, perfect for Christmas Hampers!

  • 2 apples (firm: Bookshop, Reinette)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablesponn icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven (100°C).
Cut the apples in four, take of the heart, then using a mandoline, cut into thin slices.
Add a few drops of lemon to avoid oxydation.
Put on an oven tray, sprinkle the cinnamon anbd sugar.
Cook for one hour.
