Restaurant Chateau de Lunas

With Cathy and Peter BürgersI worked at the restaurant “Château de Lunas” every summer for six years, when I was student. It is a beautiful restaurant located 70 km North-West from Montpellier. I went back there a few days ago. More than all the good memories I have there, the most enjoyable part of the visit was to see again Cathy and Peter, the owners of the Château, who mean a lot to me and have helped me become what I am today…

The food is made with local ingredients: “pélardons” (goat’s cheese), crayfish, tomatoes, wine (mostly from the Faugères AC). If you’re in the area, I highly recommend it!
