My friend Domi’s Detox Brocli Tabouleh is very easy to make, super quick, and works now or in the summer! It is fresh and has some sweet and acidic notes that remind me of Lebanese food that I love…

Pour 4 personnes – 15 minutes


  • 1 brocoli
  • 2 shallots finely chopped
  • 50g white Corinth grapes or pomegranate seeds
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • Salt & Pepper


Start by turnig the brocoli florets into “semolina/rice”. You can either use a cheese grater or a food processor. Steam cook for 4 minutes. Leave on the side to cool down. Add all the other ingredients and store in the fridge for 4 hours. Season to taste & serve!
