Thanks to my brother’s beautiful Christmas present, I had the chance to attend last night a cooking class at the famous Pourcel brothers’ Jardin des sens restaurant in Montpellier. Menu (Recipes soon in my blog) :
- Stuffed squid, grilled asparagus, tomato reduction(my favourite of all three).
- Gnocchis a la romana with a cep cream, fava beans, green peas and seasonal mushrooms.
- Beaf tenderloin, maize mash, sour cherry reduction.
