Carrots salad, coriander and ginger Asian style

Before the end of the summer, here is an easy & original recipe of carrots salad that will change from grated carrots.

Ingréedients

Serves 2

  • 3 carrots cut into thin slices using a peeler
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
  • A splash of soy sauce
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger diced into smal bits
  • Salt, pepper

Step by step…

Cook the carrots during 10 minutes in a steamer. They must remain a bit crunchy. Add salt to vinegar, then oil and pepper. Pour on the carrots, then add the other ingredients. Serve! N.B. If you do not have any ginger, sesame oil and coriander, just be creative: garlic, cumin, nut oil, etc.
